Four days after surgery and I’m going home today! Yup that’s right I got the all clear. The amount of emotion I have is simply overwhelming. The recovery road is far from done but this is a HUGE milestone. I will share more details and pix on the science side in the days to come but for now I am just going to lay here, take in all that’s happened the last five months, cry some, and prepare to move on to the next phase of my life.
